An unannounced Annual Random Inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) A. Lucero and J. Guzman. LPAs met with licensees Leonard and Antonita Clifford and were taken on a guided tour by Licensee Clifford Leonard. This is a single story, four bedroom, two bathroom home. Per licensees, currently residing in the home are three adults (Licensees and adult daughter) and three minors. Present at the time of inspection was licensees' adult daughter in an off-limits bedroom not providing care and supervision to children.
Areas accessible to children were inspected as follows: Living room, kitchen, den, back yard, one bathroom located in hallway.
Areas off limits include: All four bedrooms, master bathroom, attached garage and front yard.
Licensee states that there are no weapons or firearms on the premises. LPA did not observe swimming pools or spas on the premises. The backyard is adequately fenced. There are age appropriate toys and equipment on the premises. The smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are present in the facility. Fire extinguisher is present in the facility.

When any IMS is provided, a Plan for Providing IMS must be submitted to the Department.
