Play area was inspected for hazards and inaccessibility to bodies of water. Analysts inspection two separate playgrounds. There is an enclosed swimming pool on-site. The swimming pool is housed inside a building inaccessible from outdoor activity space.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. Staff and children records were not reviewed due to inspection being conducted during non-operating hours. Review of required forms was made along with the snack menu.
After a complete inspection of the facility, the following deficiencies were observed according to California Code of Regulations Title 22 Division 12 during today's visit as indicated on the 809D
- Analyst observed miscellaneous items such as large drums, wooden planks, and unusable equipment stored behind the detached shed adjacent to the garden.
Exit interview conducted with administrator. Appeal Rights provided and explained. Notice of Site Visit must be posted for (30) days. Failure to do so may result in a $100.00 civil penalty.
