On 10/26/2021 at 9:30 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Stella Gutierrez arrived at the facility to deliver investigation findings on a complaint that was received at El Segundo Regional Office on 08/20/2021. LPA, Gutierrez was greeted by Director, Tatiana Cortes who provided LPA a tour of the facility inside and out. During today's inspection there were 15 children in care and 4 adutls providing care and supervision. All adults present today are with criminal record clearance and are associated to Page School of Beverly Hills.

Complaint received on 08/20/2021 of the violation of personal rights of a child at the facility by a staff member on 08/19/2021. Complaint was investigated by CCLD's Investigations Branch and concluded by LPA, Gutierrez.
Based on information received, interviewes conducted and documents reviewed the above allegation of personal rights has no viable evidence to corroborate the allegation. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove of the allegation, therefore the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated. Page 1 of 2

There are no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. A copy of this report and Notice of Site visit was provided and discussed with Director Tatiana Cortez. Director was advised that the Notice of Site Visit must be posted at the entrance of the facility for a period of 30 days.
