On 06/14/2023, LPA Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation(s) received in the El Segundo Regional Office on April 17, 2023. LPA was greeted by Gloria Diaz, Acting Director. LPA toured the CCC inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 21 children being supervised and cared for appropriately by 2 teachers and an aide.

During the investigation LPA Clayton visited the CCC unannounced on 04/20/2023 and 06/14/2023. During each of the unannounced visits LPA Clayton observed CCC to be within the correct teacher student ratios according to Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1.

LPA Clayton conducted thorough inspections of the entire campus, including the classrooms, kitchen, children’s bathroom, outdoor playyard and staff bathrooms. LPA Clayton found the childcare center to be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in care.
