25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shandra Powell conducted an unannounced case management inspection during a complaint investigation. LPA was met by Sandra Hutson, Director to clear deficiencies from the Annual Inspection conducted on 05/23/19. Census were taken. The following deficiencies have been cleared:

LPA observed and obtain a copy of all the above documents during this visit.
LPA Powell informed any questions in regards COVID-19 to be emailed to CCLCOVID-19INFO@dss.ca.gov
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Sandra Hutson , Director, Appeal Procedures given and explained.
