On 1/9/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L. Phillips conducted an announced visit to facility for the purpose of conducting a Case Management - Licensee Initiated inspection to add a toddler component to the preschool license and decrease the preschool capacity. LPA observed 175 children present with 42 staff today.

LPA has received an approved STD 850 for 12 toddlers.

Classroom #1 will be the new toddler room.


LPA observed the following:
Age-appropriate, furniture, equipment, materials, toys and mats.
Changing table within arms reach of a sink.
Trash cans with lids.
Working carbon monoxide and smoke detector.
Complete first aid kit.
The floors were in good condition.
There were no hazardous items present during this inspection.

LPA observed a bathroom located inside the toddler classroom. The bathroom has 2 toilets and 1 sink. The bathroom had sufficient supplies of seat covers, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap.

Classroom 1 measurements equal 582.91 which will accommodate the requested capacity.


Outdoor Toddler measurements equal 1259.22 which will accommodate the requested capacity.

Classroom 2 to 13 measurements equal a total 9624.96 which will accommodate 275 children.
Outdoor Preschool measurements equal 19360.60 which will accommodate 258 children.

LPA observed 23 toilets/urinals and 15 working sinks for bathroom use for preschool. All the bathrooms had sufficient supplies of seat covers, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap.

Based on the number of operable sinks, toilets/urinals the capacity is 237. The licensee is looking to have 2 additional sinks in operable condition by 1/12/2024. Upon proof of working sinks the capacity will be change to 267.

LPA discussed infant safe sleep with Director.
