Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Raul Navarro conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with Director Marian Stocking who provided LPA with a tour of the facility. LPA observe 26 children in care with four staff.

The purpose of this inspection is to provide Director with an amended report dated on 04/15/2019. LPA Navarro added additional information on the LIC 9099-D. The outcome of the complaint has not been changed.

Amended report was reviewed, signed, and a copy was provided to the Director.

The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 consecutive days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Appeal Rights were explained & provided.
