25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dayna Chambers conducted an unannounced required 1-year inspection to the above facility on March 18, 2022 at 1:30pm. LPA arrived at the facility at 1:30pm, identified self and met with Alicia Hernandez, Licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA provided Licensee with a copy of the LIC 126 Entrance Checklist to help facilitate the inspection. LPA observed 3 children upon arrival. Per Licensee, operation hours are Monday through Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday. There are 6 children that are currently enrolled. A current children’s roster was available for review.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, attached garage, fenced front yard, fenced backyard, the children use the bathroom near the kitchen. Licensee has central heat and ventilation. Per Licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living room. The licensee provides food for children in care.
