13 | On December 8, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V. Wheatley conducted an unannounced inspection regarding the above allegation. LPA was greeted by Staff #1 Nori Henson who was observing parents sign their children out today.
Nori Henson called the licensee Ethel Henson who stated she was on her way to the facility to meet with the LPA. The licensee did not come to the facility however sent her son, Wymon Henson a.k.a. Monty to meet with the LPA. Mr. Henson provided a tour of the entire preschool. LPA observed several rooms which are used for storage. LPA observed the front building with the peach door which is used for storage. LPA did not observe any firearms in this room or any other rooms on the premises. LPA interviewed staff who stated they have not observed any firearms.
On 10/13/2022, an inspectoin of the premises was conducted by LPA Dalicia Adkins, Investigations Branch (IB) representatives, Peter Zertuche and supervisor John Canto. The Department representatives did not observe any firearms on the premises. Licensee was informed about the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility.and the Police Department. There were no firearms observed.
