Spigot “A” was tested on 10/20/22 with an exceedance level of 14ppb . The facility was cited on 04/4/2023. The Director stated that parts had been ordered and would be replaced or capped off, and re-tested by a certified external water sampler.
The facility replaced the spigot with brass parts and retested their water on 06/02/2023, however, the new re-test yielded an exceedance of 9.3 ppb.
The facility has capped the spigot and usage has been permanently ceased. The facility has potable Spaklett drinking water dispensers for children in care. The Facility will provide a written statement attesting that the facility has not used and will not use outlet "A", for drinking water or food preparation
