On 01/28/2020, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karren Starks made an unannounced visit for the purpose of concluding a complaint investigation. LPA met with licensee who had 10 napping children with two assistants.

Based on informaton obtained and interviews conducted the allegation of the licensee hitting Child 1 is deemed unsubstantiated. Meaning although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

No deficiency cited.
