Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Peter Flores conducted a visit to the facility and met with Mark Brooks, Head of School guided the LPA on a tour of the facility inside and outside. The facility has notified the Department of the completion of construction for the new building for the day care center. Capacity of 118 is being requested.

The following were measured on 12/14/2017 as EC2A and EC2B and are renamed Toddler Room 1 and Toddler Room 2.

Toddler Room 2 - 1093.24 '/. 35 = 31. 23 children, this room has 2 toilets and 2 sinks = 30 children.
Toddler Room 1 - 772.14 '/. 35 = 22.06 children, this room has 2 toilets and 2 sinks = 30 children.

The following are the measurements for the new construction EC1A, EC1B, EC2A, and EC2B:

EC1A: - 23.1 x 14.4 = 306.72, 31.4 x 16.08 = 504.91. Total 831.63 '/, 35 = 23.76
EC1B: - 40.1 x 23 = 922.3. Total 922.3 '/. 35 = 26.35
4 Toilets and 4 Sinks = 60 children

EC2A: - 40.7 x 17.2 = 700.04, 5.9 x 30.6 = 180.54. Total 880.58 '/. 35 = 25.15
EC2B: - 21 x 40.1 = 842.1 = 24.06. Total 842.1 '/. 35 = 24.06

The following are the measurements for the play yards:

Toddler 1 and Toddler 2 Yard (previously measured on 12/28/2017): - 20.10 x 45 = 904.5, 5.9 x 137.5 = 811.25, 16.5 x 39 = 643.5, 20.8 x 18 = 374.4, 95 x 25 = 2375, 11.4 x 9.1 = 103.74; 904.5 + 811.25 + 643.5 + 374.4 + 2375 + 103.74 = 5212.39 % 75 = 69 = 134 children.

EC1 A & B Yard: 72.3 x 33.1 = 2,393.13, 50.9 x 35.8 = 1,822.22f. Total = 4,215.35 '/. 75 = 56 children.

EC2 A & B Yard: 72.6 x 44.2 = 3,208.92. Total 3,208.92 '/. 75 = 42 children.

Facility requesting 118 total. 30 Toddler and 88 Pre-School.

Licensure is pending the Fire Safety Inspection Request STD 850 approval.
