32 | The facility does have a policy to address children in care behaving in an inappropriate manner. These include, redirection, a brief time out, and conferences with parents if it is needed. Although it is still possible that children were yelled at or spoke to in an inappropriate manner by staff, there was not enough evidence to prove that this happened.
Based on the evidence collected during the investigation, the allegation that facility staff yells at children in care and staff spoke to a child in an inappropriate manner may be valid. However, there is not enough preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated.
The notice of site inspection must remain posted for a period of 30 days during hours of operation. Failure to maintain posting will result in a civil penalty of $100.00 dollars.
