On 01/04/2023, LPA Clayton conducted an un-announced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation. LPA was greeted by Principal Lewita Shatee. LPA Clayton toured the facility for Health & Safety inspection, and observed 14 children being supervised and cared for appropriately by 7 teachers.

LPA conducted the initial inspection on 10/20/2022. A secondary inspection was conducted on 11/30/2022. During the secondary investigation LPA Clayton interviewed Principal Shatee and the teaching staff. During each of the unannounced inspections, LPA Clayton observed the children being supervised and care for appropriately.
LPA Clayton conducted a full investigation that included interviews and record review(s), and the information obtained did not reveal evidence of a personal rights violation. Therefore, the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Principal Lewita Shatee. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
