13 | On 2/19/20 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dalicia Adkins conducted an unannonnced visit for the purpose of concluding a complaint investiagation and deliviering of finding complaint reported to CCIB. LPA met with Stephanie Staton (head supervising teacher) who guided LPA on a tour. Classroom #1: 1 Teacher/2 assistants/17 students .Classroom #2A/2B: 2 Teachers 4 assistanst/ 35 Children. Classroom #3 (General) 1 Teacher/1 assisant/ 11 children. Classroom #3 (PCC): 1 Teacher/1 Assistant/3 Children. Today visit is a subsequent 10 day complaint visit conducted on 2/7/20; principal and teachers interviewed. The follwowing supportive doucments collected and reviewed: Professional Development and Training Plan 2019-2020, Teacher Roster, Classroom Activity Schedule(all classrooms) On 2/7/20 LPA observed Classroom #1: 18 students (preschool 3-3) and 3 teachers. Classroom #2A: 18 students (3-4yrs) and 4 teachers. Classroom #2B 12 students, 2 teachers. Classroom #3: 14 students (3-4yrs old) 2 teachers and 3 assistants. Faciltiy met teacher/student ratio: Title 22 ,101216.3 Teacher-Child Ratio.
Based on classrooms observations, interviews, documents reviewed, it was determined that the above mention allegation to be unsubstantiated, meaning that the allegation evidence was insuffient to satisfy the prepoonderance of the evidence standard.
