13 | On February 3, 2023 at 10:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dayna Chambers conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to the above facility. LPA met with Director, Ana Fragoso-Tovalin for the purpose of delivering findings. There were 28 children in care upon arrival.
There were 10 children with Staff #1 in 2’s Classroom, 11 children with 1 Staff in preschool classroom, and 7 children in the Pre-K classroom with 1 staff.
During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with 24 parties that included parents and staff, and none provided evidence to corroborate the allegations that staff had violated a child's personal rights.
Per interviews, the center’s policy is to follow licensing regulations and children are not forced to nap.
The allegations are unsubstantiated. The allegation may have happened or is valid, but there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Ana Fragoso Tovalin.
