Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilia Hernandez conducted an unannounced case management inspection on 08/02/2024. LPA arrived at the facility at 8:45AM and met with Martha Rivera, Designee. LPA singularly conducted a tour of the facility. There were 48 children and 13 staff present upon arrival. LPA was later met with Lessly Mora, Principal.

The purpose of today's inspection was to capture signatures on an amended complaint report issued on 07/16/2024. The amendment did not affect or change the findings of the complaint and deficiency was changed from Type A to Type B.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Lessly Morra , Principal.
