LPM and LPA inspected the outdoor area and observed the construction. There is a temporary chain link fence that closes off more than half of the outdoor yard. LPM and LPA Katrdzhyan also observed one portable restroom on the outdoor yard which further reduces the available outdoor space for children in care.
