25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ariel Cazares conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of clearing a deficiency cited on 7/25/19. LPA met with Licensee Maria Olid and observed a total of 14 children and 1 additional assistant.
On 7/25/19, the facility was cited a Type A violation for the facility operating overcapacity as determined during a complaint investigation. On this date LPA observed that the facility was in compliance with capacity conditions of the license and ratios were also being maintained on this date. The deficiency has been corrected. No violations were observed or cited on this date.
Exit interview was conducted with Licensee Maria Olid. A copy of this report and Letter of Deficiencies Cited Cleared was also issued.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. |
