NARRATIVE
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25	Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) King-Lewis met with Director, Teresa Swafford today for the purpose of conducting a Case Management capacity increase with a Toddler Option inspection. This center is located within Deserts Vineyard Church property. Director states the private school no longer operating. The Center has requested to add three additional classroom and requesting to add a Toddler Option to the preschool license. Currently there are 2 classrooms being use for the preschool room 1 and 2. The Center is request to add classrooms 3 thru 5. Classrooms 1, 3, 4, 5 will be used by the preschool, The Toddlers will be assigned to classroom 2. LPA measured classroom # 2, 3, 4, and 5. Classroom 1 and 2 has a bathroom inside each classroom with 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and a diaper changing table. Classroom 3 and 4 has a Jack and Jill bathroom, (2 toilets and 2 sinks) and classroom 5 children will utilize one of the bathroom in the other classrooms with the assistance of an Aide. Toilets and sinks are functioning properly and are age appropriate. Staff use a separate bathroom located in the hallways. Today measurements were as follows:

Fire Clearance has been received to add the classrooms, changing the total capacity to 65 (53 Preschool children and 12 Toddlers) on 11-05-19.

Center now occupies Room #'s 1, thru 5.

**The outdoor play area is toured and yard is completely fenced. The center uses an alternated outdoor play time for the toddlers, preschools and the Transitional Kindergarten children.

An exit interview was conducted, copy of Notice of Site Visit and a copy of this report provided to Director, Teresa Swafford.
