Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian contacted an unannounced complaint inspection to the above facility for the purpose of delivering the complaint finding. LPA arrived at 12:15 p.m. on 10/11/2021 and met with Liouba Gasparian, director who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection there were 6 toddlers and 23 preschoolers present in the facility.

During this investigation, LPA Eivazian conducted interviews with staff, three random parents, and five random children. Also LPA obtained a copy of facility roster.

Based on interviews that were conducted with child#1, child#3, child#4, and child#5 no disclosures were made.

Based on an interview that was conducted with child#2, if children do something wrong, staff #1 and staff#2 will get mad at them. Per child#2, they will yell. Per child#2, no one yells at children.

Based on interviews that were conducted with three random parents no disclosures were made.

Based on interviews that were conducted with three staff, they do not yell at children. Per staff, they will talk louder than their normal voice to get children’s attention, but never yell at children or been aggressive.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is Unsubstantiated.

The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Liouba Gasparian, director at 3:00 p.m..
