13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Shandra Powell conducted a complaint inspection to conclude the complaint in regards to the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with Lead Teacher Tangela McKellum who assisted LPA. LPA toured the facility (Infant Center) during inspection LPA observed one infant and one staff. LPA observed infant sitting/swinging in swing awoke.
Based upon the evidence obtained through the course of reviewing documentations and interviews, there is insufficient evidence to support that Staff failed to adequately supervise daycare children resulting in unexplained injuries. Therefore, this allegation has been determined unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Stacy Jenkins, Licensee, appeal rights provided. |
