Disclosures were made that rat droppings have been observed by staff in different areas of the facility, such as the carpet in the Toddler Playroom and area between the Toddler and Tiny Tots room on several occasions during the last month. Disclosures were also made that the facility did catch a rat with a mouse trap at the facility recently. However, during today's inspection LPA did observed a clean facility their were rat droppings around the trash can where dirty diapers are disposed from the Toddler Class room (photos taken).
