LPA observed clutter in the area in front of the gate that leads to the playground. There are 5 bins with wood and miscellaneous items full of cobwebs, 3 large metal grid boxes with wheels, 3 ladders standing up right against the shed next to the walkway and what appears to be a drain hole in front of the gate that does not have a cover.
