On 1/28/2020, Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's) Helen Estrella and Denise Miranda conducted an announced case management visit to the facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with the Executive Director Denise Tyner and informed the nature of the visit. There were 102 children present during the inspection being supervised by a total of 21 staff.

The purpose of the visit is to discuss fees that were charged to Beach Babies Child Care Center. The licensee stated there appears to be a discrepancy regarding the annual fees which incurred past due fines. LPA's reviewed history of annual fees for the facility from 2010 to present. LPA's obtained supplemental documents and copies of checks for annual fees. LPA's informed the facility that further review by management.
