25 | On 1/28/2020, Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's) Helen Estrella and Denise Miranda conducted an announced case management visit to the facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with the Executive Director Denise Tyner and informed the nature of the visit. There were 13 infants being supervised by a total of 5 staff and 19 toddlers being supervised by 7 staff. LPA was guided on a tour of the facility.
The purpose of the visit is to discuss fees that were charged to Beach Babies Child Care Center. The licensee stated that there appears to be a discrepancy regarding erroneous past due fees that date back to 2010 LPA's reviewed facility history with the licensee, that includes fee history. LPA's obtained supporting documents and copies of checks for fees paid from the facility. LPA's informed the facility that further review by management.
