On 4/28/2022 8:20Am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Miranda and LPA Ornelas arrived at West Hollywood Children’s Academy for for the purpose of the health and safety of the child care center.

LPAs Miranda and Ornerlas toured the facility and observed 11 preschooler with 3 staff.

Upon arrival Ms Jouliana Baranova, Director was not present. The form of LIC308 Designation of Facility Responsibility submitted to the Departmen by Licensee, has Ms. Tracy Reid as a person in charge. However, during this inspection Ms. Maria Wenssenaur introduced herself as a new Director to LPAs. The Department does not have documents that showing that Ms. Wenssenaur is the new Director.

Around 8:39am Ms. Wenssenaur informed to LPAs that Director will be arrive to the facility in 20 minutes. .

Ms. Tracie Reid and Ms. Maria Weinseenaur, were no able to provide the full documentation that was requested during this inspection.

At 9:20am Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Miranda and Ornelas observed that Ms. Jouliana arrived at the facility.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, the following deficiency is being cited: (see next page, 809 D)

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report, appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit was provided to Joulianna Baranova, Director .

Licensee agreed to training and allow the designated person have total access the documentation while the Department come for inspection.
