On 06/23/2022 8:15AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Denise Miranda and Judy Laureano, conducted an unannounced visit at West Hollywood Academy, located at 1030 N. Vista Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90046, for the purpose of delivering the investigation findings of the above-mentioned allegations. All adults present are associated to the facility. LPAs met with Maria Wessenauer, person that has been Designated Facility Responsibility and discussed the purpose of the visit. Upon arrival LPAs observed 8 children and 3 staff. Director was not present during this inspection.
Based on the information gathered throughout the course of the investigation which include LPA Miranda observations, interviews and documents review, the allegations above is unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there are not a preponderance of the evidences to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Maria Wessenaur, Lead Teacher, Designated Facility Responsibility.
