On 09/11/19 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Karren Starks and Lisa Rios made an unannouunced visit for the purpose of concluding a complaint investigation. LPAs met with Director, Shaneel Poonja and observed 52 children in care with proper teacher/child ratios.
Based on information obtained and interviews conducted staff ensured that child was kept indoors due to child's shoes not being throughly dry and was not provided additional shoes when the parents were contacted to bring. Staff did not engage in an altercation in the presence of the day care children. Child was kept indoors and did not have on another child's clothing. Children were provided with proper supervision at all times when in care at the facility.

Therefore the allegations of Personal Rights and Lack of Supervision are deemed unsubstantiated, meaning although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred.
No deficiency cited. Copy of Report and Notice of Site Visit issued.
Unsubstantiated
