13 | On 07/28/23, at 11:15 PM, Licensing Program Analysts(LPA) Evelyn Garcia and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Mariela Ramon conducted a subsequent complaint investigation inspection. Upon arrival, LPA and LPM met with director who guided LPA and LPM with a tour of the facility. LPA and LPM observed 9 infants with 2 fully qualified teachers and 1 assistant providing care and supervision.
The investigation consisted of interviews with the facility director, teachers in the infant room, review of sign in and out sheet for staff and infants for the week of 07/17/23 to 07/21/23 and LPA and LPM observations during an inspection conducted on 06/23/23. The investigation revealed the following evidence:
Allegation #1: The investigation revealed staff providing care and supervision in the infant classrooms have the required Early Childhood Education including 3 units related to infant care and development.
Allegation #2: A review of sign in and out of staff and infants revealed, there were qualified teachers providing care and supervision to the infants in care. See Complaint Investigation LIC9099 for additional information.
