On 09/03/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond arrived at the above named home to conduct a Plan of Correction visit and was met by Licensee Ziba Esteva. LPA observed 11 children in care being supervised and cared for by licensee and 2 fingerprint cleared assistants.

On 07/24/2024, Licensee was cited for the following:
1.Staffing Ratio and Capacity- Licensee caring for ten children without an assistant.
2.Staffing Ratio and Capacity- Licensee is in home caring for five infants under the age of 24 months.
3. Staffing Ratio and Capacity-5 of the children in care are infants under the age of 24 months


During visit LPA Richmond observed the following:
1. Licensee caring for 11 children with two fingerprint cleared assistants.
2. Licensee in home caring for four infant children under the age of 24 months.
3. Licensee has four children in care that are infants under the age of 24 months.

3 of 3 Citations issued on 9/03/2024 have been cleared.

An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letters were discussed and provided to Licensee.
