13 | On 8/7/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Doris Whitmore initiated the complaint investigation and met with Site Supervisor Kassandra Grant. LPA toured the facility indoors and outdoors, observing proper teacher/child ratios with a total of 7 children and 5 teachers. On 8/14/2024 at 8:35 a.m. LPA Doris Whitmore conducted an unannounced complaint investigation and met with Site Supervisor Kassandra Grant. LPA explained the purpose of the visit to conduct interviews with staff and children. LPA toured the facility indoors and outdoors and observed 9 children and 4 staff. LPA Whitmore inspected all bathrooms.
The Department conducted a full investigation, which included staff interviews, interviews with relevant parties as well as a record review, including documentation related to the allegation. With the information obtained, LPA did not observe, nor was information provided via interviews that provided sufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation of Physical Plant - Staff does not ensure facility bathrooms are sanitary. LPA Whitmore conducted an observation of the bathrooms on 8/7/2024 and 7/14/2024,all bathrooms were clean. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated meaning although the allegation may have happened or is valid,
