LPA Rivera arrived at the above facility to conduct an annual inspection. LPA was greeted by licensee Darla McAdam who stated she is currently closed and been closed since June 3, 2023 for the summer and will re-open August 25, 2023. Since the closure is more than few days, LPA asked if she would be interested in going inactive. LPA explained the inactive process. Licensee Darla stated, yes in going inactive and LPA Rivera provided LIC 9211 Request for Inactive Child Care License Status. Licensee Darla completed the LIC 9211 and facility will be inactive from June 3, 2023 to August 21, 2023.

A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Darla McAdam.
