Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Reiko Jones-Modeste conducted an unannounced complaint TELE_INSPECTION via FACETIME due to SOE. LPA met with Licensee Assistant Marissa Jones (Licensee Selina Lay arrived at 3pm) who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Ten children were present during today's inspection as well as two Licensee Assistants.

LPA did not observe any alcohol, smoking or uncleared adults and no disclosures were made during confidential interviews. Based on LPA observations and interviews conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
