On 01/26/2022, LPA Clayton conducted an un-announced visit to deliver the findings regarding the above mentioned allegations. LPA was greeted staff Licensee Kathleen Mitchell and Director Erica Arreyin . There were 7 teachers and 42 children in care. LPA toured the facility for a Health & Safety inspection.

During the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with licensee, Staff, and parents/authorized representatives. Interviews with parents revealed they have no concerns regarding the facility. Parents whose children have attended the facility before and during the pandemic reported that they are happy with the way the staff is responding to Covid-19, the health and safety policies in place, as well as the care provided to their children. LPA observed children and staff wearing masks on 2 unannounced visits.

Based on LPAs observations, and interviews, the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility Director Erika Arreyin. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
