Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) V. Wheatley conducted a Plan of Correction inspection and met with licensee Sheila Hatcher at 1:45PM. Licensee's adult daughter Staff #1 and niece Staff #2 were also present. The purpose of this inspection is to verify that deficiencies cited on July 19, 2019 have been corrected.

LPA observed 14 children on the premises of which 3 are infants. LPA observed the children napping and resting in bedrooms. The licensee was observed operating the facility within proper capacity and ratios.

LPA also observed the LIC 9224 (Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports) signed by most of the parents or authorized representative.

LPA observed immunization records for Staff #3.
