Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V. Wheatley conducted a Plan of Correction inspection to verify that the deficiencies cited on June 1, 2022 were corrected. Today, LPA arrived at the facility and observed two teachers Staff #1 with 4 infants and Staff #2 with 3 infants. LPA also observed in the napping room Staff #3 and Staff #4 with 5 infants. LPA did not observe any blankets in the cribs. LPA observed LIC 9227 (Sleeping Plan) signed by the parents. LPA observed the LIC 9224 (Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report) signed by the parents. The deficiency is cleared.

LPA observed the facility operating in required capacity, required ratios and Safesleep laws.

There are no deficiencies today.
