25 | On 9/01/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Isabel Ortega arrived at the facility, LPA announced the purpose of today's inspection and was granted entry by Teacher Designee, which guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Upon arrival LPA did not observe any children in care. Today's Case Management inspection is a facility initiated- inspection due to renovation in classroom #2 and outdoors.
According to Teacher Designee, facility would like to continue providing child care services for children at Osborne Head Start location and renovation has been finalized. LPA observed classroom #2's walls with new paint and windows resealed. All three classrooms(#1, #2,#3) were observed to have the ceiling repainted. The outdoor middle path by the exit classrooms doors was observed to have a water drain installed along the entire middle pathway.
Facility is in compliance and has met Title 22 regulations. LPA informed Lead Designee a yearly annual inspection will continue as usual.
Facility is fully operating Monday to Friday effective 9/05/2023 as follows: State preschool hours are 7:30a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Regular Preschool 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report, appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit (NOA) was provided to the licensee on this date.
A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years. NOA shall be posted for 30 days. |
