The Department conducted a full investigation, which included staff interviews, interviews with relevant parties, as well as a record review which included documentation related to the allegation. LPA did not observe, nor was information provided via interviews that provided sufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation of Personal Rights- Staff are playing inappropriate music in the presence of day care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
