32 | According to Parent 1 (P1), Parent 2 (P2), Parent 3 (P3), Parent 5 (P5), Parent 6 (P6) children are always sent home with a clean diaper and they have no concerns regarding their children's diapering needs.
-Pertaining to the allegation that – Staff are operating over ratio
According to Staff 1 (S1), Staff 2 (S2), Staff 3 (S3) , facility is always in ratio with 2 teachers and they never have more than 15 children in the classroom.
According to Parent 1 (P1), Parent 2 (P2), Parent 3 (P3), Parent 5 (P5), Parent 6 (P6) they have never observed more than 14 children present.
-Pertaining to the allegation that – Staff are distracted and not providing the children with adequate supervision
According to Staff 1 (S1), Staff 2 (S2), Staff 3 (S3) , staff utilize their phones to communicate with one another as needed to but it is never a distraction to providing adequate supervision.
According to Parent 1 (P1), Parent 2 (P2), Parent 3 (P3), Parent 5 (P5), Parent 6 (P6) they have never observed teachers on their cellphones instead of supervising children.
Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
