13 | On 11/26/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of delivering findings on the above-mentioned allegations. Upon arrival, LPA met with Larresha Alexander, Director and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility and observed 47 children in care with 7 staff providing care and supervision.
Based on observation, record review, and interviews, there is no evidence to show that personal rights, qualifications, or ratio were violated. Therefore, the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.
Per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes, no citations were issued.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to director Larresha Alexander.
Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
