On 08/02/2022 at 10:30 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Silva Garibyan arrived at Small World Children Day Care to deliver the findings of the complaint. The complaint was received on 06/07/2022. LPA met with Nune Begzadyan, who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA explained the reason for the visit. Upon arrival LPA observed 24 children with three teachers.
Based upon the evidence obtained through the course of investigation which include observations at the facility, interview with relevant parties, there is insufficient evidence to support or disprove the above allegations. Therefore, these allegations have been determined unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegatios may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
An exit interview was conducted with Nune Begzadyan, in which this report was reviewed by LPA Garibyan. A copy of this report, a Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) and Appeal rights were issued to the Liz Vasquez.
The Licensee was advised that the Notice of Site Visit and a copy of this report must be posted at the entrance of the facility for a period of 30 days
