13 | On 08/08/2022 at 2:40 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Silva Garibyan arrived at Johnson FCCH to deliver the findings of the complaint investigation. The complaint was received on 05/17/2022. LPA met with Marilyn Johnson, Licensee who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA explained the reason for the visit. Upon arrival LPA observed three children (including one infant) with licensee.
Based upon the evidence obtained through the course of investigation which include observations at the facility, interview with relevant parties there is insufficient evidence to support or disprove the above allegations. LPA determined the allegations are Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred
An exit interview was conducted with Marilyn Johnson, in which this report was reviewed by LPA Garibyan. A copy of this report, a Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) and Appeal rights were issued to Marilyn Johnson, Licensee. The Licensee was advised that the Notice of Site Visit must be posted at the entrance of the facility for a period of 30 days
