On 04/30/19 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karren Starks made an unannounced visit for the purpose of conducting a Case Management inspection. LPA was present to ensure that Felicia Thompson was not present working in the facility. The Department had received a Case Closure notification for Ms. Thompson therefore she is not to be present or work in the facility due to not having a Criminal Record Clearance.

LPA toured the facility and observed all staff with Criminal Record Clearances caring for 28 children. Ms. Thompson was not observed in the facility. Per Ms. Caldwell, Ms. Thompson has not been present or working in the facility and the case closure notification had been received had been received.

No deficiency cited.
