Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Alicia Mooberry and Austin Estrada conducted an unannounced complaint inspection for the purpose of delivering the finding for the above allegation(s). Upon arrival LPAs met with Sheriee James, Director. A tour of the facility was provided and census was taken.

During the investigation, LPA Mooberry conducted interviews with multiple parties, reviewed records and pertinent documentation, and made observations in regard to the above allegation.

The complaint alleges that staff member threatened daycare child and that staff member speaks to the daycare children inappropriately. Although allegations were made, evidence obtained did not reveal eye witnesses, supporting evidence, and interviews conducted did not corroborate the allegations. The allegations are determinde to be Unsubstatiated.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore these allegations are unsubstantiated.

The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
