13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Shandra Powell conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to investigate the allegation above and deliver findings. Upon arrival LPA met with Site Supervisor, Alma Salinas, Census taken.
Allegation states that a staff member is exposing child to religous material against the wishes of child's authorized representative. During the course of this investigation, LPA conducted interviews with Site Supervisor, Reporting Party and Teacher. Based on the information obtained from the interviews, and documentation received at this time there is not enough evidence to support the above allegation. Therefore, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, the above allegation are deemed unsubstantiated. No citation is being issued during today’s inspection. Exit interview was conducted with Site Supervisor.The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site inspection by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. |
