32 | Staff talk to the children when they are crying. Staff help the children calm down. Staff help children gain confidence then they stop crying. If staff need additional support then they speak with the parents about the child’s behavior.
A full investigation was conducted which included observations and interviews. The information received did not reveal evidence that a daycare child is crying excessively. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. Facility speak to the children and help them calm down when they are crying. Based on interviews and observations, no evidence has shown that there was a personal rights violation.
Exit interview was conducted and report was provided to Dona Sanchez, Licensee. Appeal rights will be provided
