On 05/16/2024 this report was amended to make the following corrections to the report. This report is a public document.

On 05/03/2024 at Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrew Alemoh met with Director Erin Johnson for the purpose to deliver the finding of the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA observed 16 infants and 4 staff along with the Director on site. The investigation consisted of interviews with Director, staff, parents, and other complaint relevant parties. The investigation revealed the following: children are provided with the proper safety, care, and supervision with at least two teachers in the classroom at all times. Video evidence was reviewed and determined that children are handled in a kind and gentle way. Director, staff, and parent’s statements corroborated with evidence in that the day care children are provided with adequate supervision and handled with the proper care.
