13 | On 01/28/2020 at 1:55PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denise Miranda arrived at Gloginic Family Child Care Home for the purpose of delivering the findings for the above-mentioned allegations.
During this inspection, LPA observed ten (10) children (01 infant and 09 preschooler) being supervised by Valentina Gloginic, licensee, and staff#1 and staff#2.
Based on LPA's observations, interviews and evidence gathered, the allegations of the aforementioned are deemed Unsubstantiated. There are insufficients evidence to indicate allegations took place at the facility. LPA conducted observation of facility daily operation of activities, nap time, and meal times and it was observed the child care activities do not violate Title 22 and Health and Safety Code regulations of Personal Rights. Staff was observed to assist children in child care activities, napping and adequate equipment available for each child in care. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged allegations occurred.
