On February 9, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Monique Ayala and Donna Maddox conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of decreasing the centers school age capacity from 60 children to 44 children. School age will be utilizing rooms 2 and 3. Upon arrival LPA's met with licensee who guided LPAs on a tour of the facility.

LPAs observed 2 separate restrooms (girls and boys) with 2 sinks and 2 toilets in each restroom, but have no doors for privacy. Upon management approval, licensee stated she will place panels on the restrooms to create privacy in the restrooms.

License will be decreased based on management approval for panel usage in school age restrooms.

An exit interview was conducted and copy of this report, along with notice of site visit was provided to licensee.
